What kind of therapy is best for you?

Every challenge that we move through in our lives provides an opportunity to give us the graces to move through the intensity of resistance. The challenge of new beginnings often starts with releasing limited or old belief patterns that are not serving us anymore. It is part of the human condition to build up “blocks” throughout our lives in order to protect ourselves from pain and suffering.

My approach to therapy combines a blend of different methods that are customized to your specific needs in a way that provides comfort and support. Once we have built a relationship, we will focus on your needs through thoughtful and meaningful discussions.

I am a firm believer in making sure I am a good fit for clients and can offer the guidance they need. If at any time there appears to be a disconnect or I cannot provide the specialization you need, please know that I can refer you to another therapist. My intention is to be of service to you.

Rates

$150 per 50 minute psychotherapy session.  Super bill is provided upon request for potential out of network reimbursement for therapy.
